THE COMPANY
The Human Ad Network
UGC connects African creators with global brands who need their content distributed across social media - at scale, at fair rates, with full transparency.
What UGC Does
UGC (https://ugc.africa) is a performance-based advertising distribution network built for Africa. Brands upload short-form video content, set a CPM budget, and choose their target markets. African creators - from Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and beyond - post that content to their own TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts accounts, and earn per 1,000 verified views their post generates.
No minimum follower count. No creative production required. No agency negotiation. Brands pay only for views their content actually achieves. Creators earn in USD and withdraw to local bank accounts, mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), or crypto.
For Creators
Post brand content on your existing social accounts. Earn per 1,000 views. Cash out from $10.
For Brands
Distribute your content across hundreds of authentic African social feeds. Pay only for verified views delivered.
For Africa
Built by and for Africans. Payouts in local currencies. Operations anchored in Nigeria with a global payment footprint.

Platform Policy & Content Standards
UGC is an advertising distribution platform. All content distributed through the platform is brand-submitted and reviewed prior to distribution. Creators do not produce the content - they distribute pre-approved brand assets on their own social media accounts.
Content Review
Before any campaign goes live, the https://ugc.africa team reviews all uploaded brand assets for compliance with our content policy, the terms of the platforms on which they will be distributed (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and applicable Nigerian and international advertising standards. Campaigns that do not pass review are not activated.
Prohibited Content Categories
The following content categories are permanently prohibited on https://ugc.africa:
- Illegal goods or services
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Tobacco, unregulated supplements, and controlled substances
- Gambling and lottery services (without proper regulatory approval)
- Content that discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Political advertising
- Misleading health claims
- Counterfeit goods
Creator Conduct Policy
All creators on https://ugc.africa agree to our Terms of Service before joining any campaign. Creators must post approved assets without material modification and include required disclosures. Creators who violate platform rules are suspended and have pending earnings withheld pending review.
Data Handling
UGC collects only the data necessary to operate the platform: creator account details, payout information, social post metrics, and standard analytics. We do not sell creator or advertiser data to third parties. Where creators connect a social account, we use official platform tools only to verify public view counts on posts submitted for campaigns - not private messages, follower lists, or other personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full detail, including how we work with TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
Why We Built This
There are hundreds of millions of people across Africa who post on social media every day and earn nothing from it - not because their content is poor, but because the infrastructure to connect their reach to brand money was never built for them.
The influencer industry was designed for Western markets with Western payment rails, Western follower thresholds, and Western advertiser budgets. African creators were priced out before they could even apply.
At the same time, global brands increasingly want authentic reach in African markets. The advertising opportunity is enormous - and the infrastructure to reach it, at the creator level, barely existed.
UGC was built to close that gap: African creators earn from their existing social presence; brands get authentic distribution at fair rates; the platform takes a spread and reinvests it in building more of the infrastructure Africa's creator economy needs.
